Graphics and Flexographic Printing Plates
Our prepress department is specialized in flexographic printing requirements. We have a large format color print that runs DuPont's CromaPro color control work flow to match spot and process colors for mock-ups that can be pasted on a box for customer approval. We have a very fast and reliable work flow (ArtWork Systems Nexus) with support for all the industry standard file formats.
We also have a direct to plate system. Higher quality and less dot gain can be achieved by using our direct to plate system. We can image 50" x 80" plates with our Esko direct to plate system. |

| We have the required equipment for high quality 4 color process work. With ArtWork Systems Nexus™ Import and Nexus™ Edit we have the ability to do automated vector and raster trapping. Combined with the ability to produce a number of special screens and hybrid screening technologies. |
Our plates are manufactured to meet your requirments. With a varied of thickness and backings we can help you reproduce what your customer wants. Labels, corrugated boxes and any printing method that uses the flexographic printing process can benefit from our knowledge. |

Please visit our WebStore. You can build your own custom rubber stamp, pre inked rubber stamp, self inking rubber stamp, dater stamp, embosser and/or custom nametags.
